Dieting can be a difficult thing to do, and then also to keep up with, that is, to maintain the weight you have achieved. I guess it is all about food, the quality of it, as well as the quality of it. There is a trend these days towards processed food as a main part of the diet, and many reports are talking of it being one of the stumbling blocks in maintaining a good body weight.
