Stiff Necked Hubby
Sunday, September 19, 2010
Hubby is such a baby. He managed to twist his neck somehow, and now keeps indicating that it is painful when he moves. My answer to this was simple, just don't move it into the positions that hurt.
But now he is wanting me to find a neck brace for him. We have one somewhere, but I can't remember where I put it.
So, he will whine and cry, I suppose, until I go out and get one for him.

Enhancement - you know what this is about!
Guys in general are really funny at times. They are so insecure! Well, I guess we all are, whether male or female.
One of the interesting things about insecurity is that it is like a fear of heights, all in the mind. Well, mostly in the mind, anyway.
And sometimes the insecurity is well-founded, and in other cases not. But my thinking is, if something bothers you, and you can fix it, then fix it.
With us gals, I guess it is breast size, but guys are different, and sometimes might be better off with some male enhancement under their belt. Right under their belt!

Knives and Safety Can go Together
Friday, September 17, 2010
If thinking of a knife, we think of cutting, and most of us will feel a little cautious. There are, after all, good cuts, and bad cuts. The main difference, I am sure that you will agree, is that the good cuts are intentional, and the bad cuts unintentional.
So it is good to see items such as a box cutter that are designed around safety. The trick, I think, must be to only cut what you want to, and most corrugated cardboard cases are quite thin, so having a blade that is sticking out to far is unnecessary, and apart from safety, can damage the product inside the case.

What A Great Time Of Year
Wednesday, September 15, 2010
The weather is cooler, and it is kind of sad that summer is about over, but on the other hand, we can do other things now that we wouldn't want to do in the heat of summer. Like taking longer walks, or doing work around the home. Maybe vacuum the beach sand out of the car!
It is better weather too, for looking at wildlife. Even birds seem a bit happier when it is cooler.
I am organising the shed, getting the garden furniture stored away. Trying to persuade Hubby to throw away a load of his old junk, so I can make room for it all.
Yup, a great time of the year.

Doing Things Properly
Tuesday, September 14, 2010
There are proper ways to do things, and not so proper ways.
In years gone by, there was a stricter feeling of what is appropriate, and what is not, or even worse, is totally inappropriate.
We have more things available to assist us these days, that's for sure. Such as proper birthday cards. You have the choice, do things in a way that might cause raised eyebrows, or, even worse, rolling eyes, or do them properly. Even with 1st birthday invitations, where the child will not really be aware of the event, it is good to do things properly, and to treat the occasion like the social occasion that it really is.

Feeling Better!
Sunday, September 12, 2010
I think that we live in an unnatural way. The hours that we work tend to be unsocial in many cases, and I guess that many of us look at ways to bring back the energy we had when we were younger.
It is a natural process, I think, for us to go a bit slower as we age. It is natures way of making us allow room for younger people to have the same advantages that we all have when younger. And it is probably not possible to go back in time to the energy levels we had a few years back. But, it is possible to just add a bit of zest, just a bit of something extra, to assist us in our day-to-day efforts.
And with the energy there can be other effects, such as the reduction of wrinkles, such as is possible when using a product such as an hgh spray. Not quite like being young, but a reasonable portion of what it was.

Prescription Alternatives When Dieting
Saturday, September 11, 2010
When you give it some thought, it is good that there are prescription drugs as well as regular drugs. It is a way to ensure that your well-being is monitored to ensure your safety. Many drugs that are only available on prescription are quite powerful, and the doses are important, as well as any possible side effects. Take for instance phentermine. If attention is not paid to the side effects, then they can be overwhelming, and probably far exceed the good desired effects. But there are alternatives that have been developed that do not have the same side effects, making them safer to use, the most notable being phentirmene.

The cooler feel of Fall.
Wednesday, September 08, 2010
I have a theory that we tend to feel cooler, or cold, when fall first appears, as we have become used to the heat of summer, and have to have time to adjust.
Later in winter, the weather of fall seems warm by comparison, but not at this time of year.
The wind is a main factor in this, I am sure.
Then we add a bit of rain, and have both, cooling us down very nicely thank you!
But, it is a great time of year to get all the jobs outside the home done, in time for winter.

Unwrinkling Your Skin
Tuesday, September 07, 2010
Age is an inevitable fact that catches up with most of us. Some of us get affected more than others, and a certain amount of aging can be a good thing, creating a different, more mature image of the individual. But, for most of us, a good anti aging product is a great idea.
By getting rid of the wrinkles, we keep our younger appearance.
Now of course the extreme way to achieve this is to use surgical means, but this tends to give a more unnatural look, and changes the appearance of the face. But a good measure to take is to use externally applied creams etc. that tighten up the skin, and restore the appearance to that of a younger person.

Another way to diet
Monday, September 06, 2010
As well as suppressing your appetite, there is another way to diet that again makes things easier for you, and that is to eat normally, or at least, try to keep your calories low, but don't worry if you are still a bit high in your intake, and then choose one of the best fat burners that are available to deal with the extra calories by modifying the metabolism in order to get rid of the fat after the event. The event by the way, is eating! This, for some people can be the most effective means of dieting.

Reducing Food Intake To Diet.
Sunday, September 05, 2010
When you look at things from a more simple aspect, there is one reason, other than sickness, why anyone is overweight, and that is because they are eating more than their natural amount. It is easy to do. There are foods these days that are attractive to eat just for the sake of eating.
So, a natural way to counteract this is to suppress the appetite by tricking the body into thinking that it is already full, or at least already has sufficient food to survive. By suppressing appetite there simply are no calories made available to convert into fat.

ATV riding can be fun
Saturday, September 04, 2010
The all terrain vehicle is really fairly new, if compared to cars, or motorbikes. It really has more versatility than a regular full-sized four wheel drive truck or SUV. And in recent years, atv riding has become a real organized sport.
You can get more details of what is currently going on in the sport by reading about it in magazines, especially online magazines.
It is a chance to get out in the open air, and get a little exercise, while having a whole bunch of fun.

The Hurricane Was No Prob!
Friday, September 03, 2010
We had a hurricane at the weekend. Nothing too big, just rated as a category 1 or 2. Now, bear in mind that this is Nova Scotia Canada we are speaking of, not Miami or Georgia.
So, the wind blew a bit, the ships in the harbour had a bit of a problem staying facing the wind, but overall, not too bad.
In the city, a few branches off trees, and I did see one tree right down, but, of course, it might have had rotted roots, too.
One wonders how bad these storms will be once the global warming really sets in.

Looking At Losing Weight - a different way
Thursday, September 02, 2010
When we think of losing weight, we think of 2 things, diet, and exercise. And both are hard to stick to, even if we start off with good intentions.
Another way though is to think a little bit outside the box, and think of the excess of weight as a strictly medical condition.
If we look deeper, we can come up with two things, the method is hcg Austin is the location.
The advantage is that you have a different mindset than if just left to your own devices.
And so you will tend to follow the doctors instructions.
And this not only applies to the HGC method, but also to the other components, the diet and the exercise.

Building in Metal Versus Wood
Wednesday, September 01, 2010
When it comes to consistency, there is nothing as good as metal, if you are comparing the material to wood. Well, actually, there is, and it is plastic, and both metal and plastic have the same method of production, simply, they are molten, then they go solid. But there are no knot holes, no variations in moisture content, no drying out and changing sizes.
And that is the advantage of a metal building over a wood one.
Now, taking that a step further, it sure takes a lot of wood to create a large span with no central supports. But with metal, it is far easier. Same with assembly costs, again, far easier, and that converts to lower cost.

Another Global Warming Situation.
Seems like we are getting hurricanes up here in Canada these days. The sea temperature has presumably risen enough to allow it to feed the hurricanes that used to die out somewhere south of here.
Only a few years ago, all we ever got was a storm warning a few days after each hurricane did its damage further south.
Might be good to build a concrete house or something!
